When I am finished with my work for today I will respond in detail. I just filed a BBB complaint against the dealership for repair issues on the SUV I purchased from your buy here pay here lot on 2/4/14. I cannot even believe how I was treated there. Marilyn was the only positive of my dealings with Fredy Kia.

This kind of customer experience should never happen here. When we have an unhappy customer, I am able to take corrective action internally. UPDATE: After posting my review I was contacted by the dealership under the guise that they wanted to fix the situation. After submitting a seven page, detailed complaint letter to the Internet Manager, Sergio Zubia, and filing a BBB complaint regarding the service issues only, they have not bothered to respond. I am only asking for 4-5 minor repairs (including fixing the only lock on the vehicle so I can actually unlock the door without problems) and a 90 day warranty for major issues on the used car I feel coerced into purchasing after a bait and switch situation. I had hopes that Fredy Kia and Fredy Used Car Sales, LLC would have corrected this situation but they refuse to respond. Be ware of any dealings with these companies (all owned and operated the same person).
