Bayway sales department was very deceptive and I will never do business with these people. My wife was looking at a grand Cherokee and price was agreed on online and over the phone then when we showed u never do business with these people. Wasted my time and very high pressure sales environment. They tried to negotiate on the added items but it got to be ridiculous. More
Shady and deceitful from Sales through Finance. Do not trust that what they are telling you is the data they are submitting. They take advantage of situations such as me driving from out of town to make purchase, working on Finance close to midnight knowing that it is highly unlikely someone is going to go line by line at that hour, believing what they have/are verbally telling you is what is being submitted to the finance company. It is so sad that they can get away with taking someones hard earned money just so they can line their pockets with more. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I hope she reads this because you didn’t pay ours off either & we had to call to find that out!! Take care of your customers & their trade ins right away! If she sees this I’m telling her to contact the attorney generals office!! File a complaint than they will do something about it. Since the dealership doesn’t care! We’ve been waiting for four months to plate my husbands truck!! Still don’t have the title & we live in Michigan but we come there during the winter months. Just ridiculous. More
Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. I made an appointment to view a specific Jeep Wrangler that was in stock, upon arrival, that car was not ready and at the front of the building, not a huge an appointment to view a specific Jeep Wrangler that was in stock, upon arrival, that car was not ready and at the front of the building, not a huge deal but no point in setting up an appointment. We are off top told that someone else is interested in the vehicle and reminded of it a few times while we were there. They took my keys to have my trade in vehicle appraised, while that was supposedly happening we were completing initial finance paperwork. Once the salesman takes the paperwork to his manager, he comes back and tells us that another “manager” who is the only one on site to make the final approval for appraisals has gone into a meeting with the owner of the dealership and it would be “about 30 minutes” before we could get any kind of answer. So there’s only one person on site who can do anything for you, the entire dealership has to come to a halt when the person is not there? So we wait a bit and finally decide we want my car brought back to the front so if we don’t like the deal we can just leave and not have to wait around. To that we are told the “manager” has my car keys with him in the meeting and it’s an offsite meeting. From there, the story kept changing, we are told there are no phones where they are meeting but then the salesman says he is texting the “manager” to find out where my keys are? Then the story changes to the meeting is onsite and the salesman was going to see if he can pop his head in to get my keys but that it would be “tricky since the owner is in there”. I would think an owner of a car dealership would respect his customers and their time and not have us waiting.. We luckily had two sets of keys for my car and gave the final set to the salesman to bring my car around while still trying to locate my additional key. Magically once I said I was over the entire thing and wanted to leave, the keys were found in the “managers” desk. Keep in mind, we were the only customers at the dealership the whole time so no one was busy therefore we shouldn’t have been endured any wait time. Vehicles cost entirely too much money to be treated with such disrespect. My husband just recently purchased at a BMW dealer and we were in and out of the place within an hour….. Save your time, don’t bother with this place. More

My daughter bought a brand new jeep, which she loves; however, they bought out her VW bug, but they made a mistake and the payoff was returned due to their error.
