The service personnel kept trying to find out why my 2021 EcoSport kept dying on me until they finally discovered a loose wire with the fuel pump modulated. I purchased it 04/21/21, at another dealership, an EcoSport kept dying on me until they finally discovered a loose wire with the fuel pump modulated. I purchased it 04/21/21, at another dealership, and Baytown Ford was closer to my home; I took it in the first time on 4/26, then again on 4/30, when I picked it up 5/3, it had a lot more miles on it than I was expecting, trying to get it the check engine , etc. lights to come on. When I picked it up, Mr. Elizondo said they had found the loose wire. I will continue to use this dealership…the don’t give up More
Place is not trust worthy. Had a recall on my truck FSA 19n01 but due to a branded title I have to pay for myself (that’s fine) but instead of charging me the 2.2hours of labor that is written on the FSA f 19n01 but due to a branded title I have to pay for myself (that’s fine) but instead of charging me the 2.2hours of labor that is written on the FSA from Ford the are charging me 6. We won’t be using Baytown Ford again for our future car purchases More
Excellent service. I appreciate Joey’s adherence to Covid precautions as well as his help with the locking key for my lug nuts. Please read my Yelp review. I was not satisfied at all with my trip to the service Dept in BAYTOWN Ford. Ford has a national recall on there f-250 and 350 fleet that they have been knowing about and yet t with my trip to the service Dept in BAYTOWN Ford. Ford has a national recall on there f-250 and 350 fleet that they have been knowing about and yet they still sold me a high priced truck, over 80k ! And now it’s breaking down with only 50k miles on it! Unbelievable! More
My car seems to be good after worked on at the dealership. I’ve been a couple times and both times my car runs good.
