Excellent Experience I recently traded in my 2013 Jetta for a 2014 Passat. My experience started with Sally Morello, who contacted me following an internet inquiry. I expl I recently traded in my 2013 Jetta for a 2014 Passat. My experience started with Sally Morello, who contacted me following an internet inquiry. I explained my timeline and she listened. We scheduled an appointment for a trade in appraisal and test drive. My timeline needed adjusting and Sally accommodated. On Saturday, at the dealership, I was introduced to Andrew Kovach, the sales rep I would be working with. During my thorough test drive of the new Passat my Jetta was appraised. Andrew, Angelo and I took about 15 minutes to get me where I needed to be pricewise. Nelson then tagged in and took the credit info (I had pre applied with VW Credit.) The Passat had to be located. It was and was delivered to Bayside on Thursday. Saturday I went in and finished up the paperwork and drive home in my new Passat. One week, start to finish! I would absolutely reccommend Bayside VW. No gimicky sales efforts, no hard after sell from Nelson in F & I. Just a very professional experience from start to finish. Kyle W. More

The service was expedient and my family and I were greeted immediately upon stepping into the showroom. Wonderful service and product knowledge was provided by Andrew Kovach. My trip to Bayside VW was originally to acquire some ideas for my next vehicle. Working with Andrew, there was no pressure added during the transaction and he focused on the overall quality of the product and did not throw an immediate offer like common dealerships who only care about the sale. My visit turned into a lease for a 2014 Passat SE. Alongside Andrew, business manager Nelson Santos was also great and easy to work with. Bayside Volkswagen is certainly a shining example of a excellent dealership. More

Great experience! Leo and Bayside Volkswagen are AWESOME! The employees at Bayside VW have struck the fine balance between professionalism, salesmanship, and courtesy. They were knowledgeable and honest, without being pushy. I never once felt pressured or rushed but at the same time, everyone was eager to help and answer my questions. I've been to other dealerships where the salespeople feel like vultures circling around their prey and where I only get polite treatment when I seem like a "serious" customer. I've had other experiences where I only receive courtesy from the salesperson I'm working with and thus who will make a commission from my purchase. I'm happy to report that Bayside VW was the opposite. EVERYONE was polite, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. In particular, I have to thank Leo for all of his patience in answering all my questions without pushing me to commit before I was ready. He was very accommodating and knowledgable without being condescending or impatient. I didn't feel pressured at all by him, but I'm glad I ended up purchasing my vehicle through him. I am extremely happy with both my vehicle and with the dealership. I absolutely recommend Bayside VW and Leo! More
