The entire staff catered to every need we could possibly have without being annoying or overly attentive… The service after the sale was equally amazing. We had the slightest little hiccup, and they were all over it.!! Additionally, in these crazy times it is really reassuring to know you can find a dealership operating like this one! I thought they had all gone the way of the dinosaur. L O L. More

He was very accommodating and was willing to listen to our needs and play off of that. He wasn't pushy at all and was very good at explaining all of the key points of focus for the brand he represented. His great customer service face to face is the only reason this rating isn't a 1 star. It's what happend after, that actually disgusts us. He asked if we had been shopping around and we said yes. We actually had 2 other offers on the table from other brands. Like any other car buyer, we wanted options. Unfortunately we chose mitsubishi as our next option. The sales manager acted as if he was angry that we went to chevy and toyota and they gave us decent deals on drive out. We noticed this through the window. We were seated in the office right next to him so we could hear it all. It was late so we told Mr. Martinez that we would pick this up the following day. At this point, we had already given a price we were looking for to stay competitive. If it was a no go, we expected them to just say sorry but no we cant do that. That would have ended the conversation with a positive experience. The next day I contacted Jimmy and asked about an answer from his manager. He then had his manager call me. He asked where he needed to be to make a deal. I told him again, and he then became upset. I explained my position on the market and that many dealerships are agreeing. The market is flipping again and I wasn't comfortable paying an msrp that was inflated that high. He asked where anyone was selling that car at the requested price. At this point I gave him the website of a dealership that was at our desired price and willing to ship. We just didn't want to deal with shipping. Now it's a good thing my phone comes with a acr app. Because what followed was just backwoods circus professionalism. He told me that I better pack my bags and take my a$$ to that other dealership. He began to raise his voice and became very frustrated. I think the fact that I remained calm pissed him off even more. After his little rage fit, I asked him what his name was. He didn't want to answer. I then asked again. He then gave me the name of JT. Assuming people aren't smart enough to find his real name. They literally have a staff section on their web page. Sorry Mr. Tj Bitter. I dont think that's how negotiating is supposed to go. I guess that's just how this ol vet will remember his dealings with mitsubishi. I wounder what Alex would think about this. I bought a 2013 ford explorer from this dealer and have had alot of problems with it since the day I bought it. They have made some of them right, but it’s still a vehicle that I won’t be able to ever get had alot of problems with it since the day I bought it. They have made some of them right, but it’s still a vehicle that I won’t be able to ever get out of because of the problems. They also charged way too much for it as well. When I took it in for service, a salesman asked me if I wanted to trade it in. Then he gave me a really low ball offer on it. I explained how much I owed and he asked me if I had gap insurance. I told him that I didn’t appreciate him asking me that. I’m not crooked. For the record, don’t buy anything from these scammers More
Jonathan was our sales rep. We initially thought he and the loan manager were great until a few weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. Come to find out we were yo yo scammed. We initially thought he and the loan manager were great until a few weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. Come to find out we were yo yo scammed. After all paperwork and contracts were signed we got a call saying that the deal fell through. From my research it seems like dealerships do this often. They let you leave with the vehicle thinking the deal is done, when in fact it is not. We bought the vehicle for my son, so can you imagine having to tell your child the deal fell through and you having to return the vehicle. Awful experience. Beware folks stay away from this dealership. Not too mention the fact that we live 3 hours away. Jonathon kept telling us that if we just came up there he would get us a deal with a not down payment. So we did, we took off work and drove 3 hours to the dealership for them to tell us that in fact we would have to pay a down payment and would have a nearly 19% interest rate because I was a contractor and had no paycheck stubs. Although I did have paycheck stubs and even gave the check invoices to them and my bank statements. Then when I questioned interest rate they said that the paychecks were in my husband’s name even though the checks were in my name. Long story short they talk in circles and screw you in the end. More
