I scheduled an appointment that would allow Bayside to address several recall items that were required and to locate and repair a noted squeak that appeared to come from my suspension. Despite having the car for a week, when I called prior to pick up to ensure everything was done, I was told the technician had stated they couldn't replicate the issue. I told them this was impossible as it was noted everytime I drove the car for over two weeks prior. Since I had taken a picture of the odometer when I dropped it off, I compared it after picking the car up. The vehicle had been drive for a grand total of .3 miles, telling me that zero attempt had been made to fix the primary issue for me leaving it for a week. This is now the third service related issue I had had with Bayside, from a lack of qualified Ford technicians to incomplete recall repairs where they stated they would call me when parts were in but never did. I am absolutely appalled with the lack of customer service and cannot believe they are opening another service center. Do not use this company, they are absolutely horrendous and when I have spoken with them they do not appear to be concerned that they didn't perform up to any standard. More
I had a problem with my company truck right before my wife and I were supposed to leave for GA.. Not wanting to come home to a broke down truck I called Afton at Bayside service department and she took i wife and I were supposed to leave for GA.. Not wanting to come home to a broke down truck I called Afton at Bayside service department and she took it right in and they worked on it while we were gone. There was some major issues with the engine and as usual they informed me of all the issues and after I gave the go-ahead they fixed it and I got to tell you it now runs better than when it was new. Again I'm so impressed with Afton and I believe Robert was the mechanic. The two of them continue to amaze me. We live Bayside service department! More

Poor communication. Don't call with updates as promised. Service fees are unclear, seem purposely misleading. Lots of credit given for willingness to make things right. Detaining of my truck for the second time in a couple of years. The detailed did a fantastic job. She also fixed an issue with a leaking battery. Very easy to schedule an appointment, with plenty of time slots. Every time i schedule an appointment, they are on time and immediately are able to take my vehicle back to start. If not for Chris Mitchell & The Service Dept Girl on the FORD side I would not step foot on this dealership lot again! They officially saved the day for this dealership and that is ONE of the only reasons f FORD side I would not step foot on this dealership lot again! They officially saved the day for this dealership and that is ONE of the only reasons for the 5 star rating! I try to consider myself an open minded person but since buying my truck on the Crylser Dept side I have had nothing but difficult experiences from the very beginning when trying to get information and service for my truck! I truly feel like I was just another sale for them! I love my truck so that definitely counts for something and I understand you cannot please everyone and it will not always be perfect but WOW, and not in a good way! I’m glad though that I finally made my way over to the Ford side where the experience was phenomenal!! Finally!!! Just walking in and within 5mins I have a salesman who knew I was only there for service and not to buy and still he took the time to find the questions to ALL my answers and even watched a video on how to upload a new code to my door. He explained other features of my truck and also listened to my concerns. He took me back to the Ford Service and introduced me to the Girl whom works the desk and she also assisted me as well! THIS FOLKS IS HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE TREATED!!! I know who I will be contacting in the future when I’m ready to buy another vehicle as well as using as a reference to ALL my front and family!
