Once the vehicle arrived, the staff has been non-existent. The vehicle was not clean, windows foggy, plastic on placards in the seats, floor mat on rear seat, not the floor, scratch on the rear non-existent. Terrible communication without any follow through. Over 3 weeks after delivery, still waiting for accessories. I have zero idea what the status is since no one will follow up. I Have left messages and/or spoken with the sales person, sales manager and general manager, no response. I have had two other poor experiences with the service department with my other Ford vehicle. I will not work with this dealer ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. More
On April 15th, Bayside Ford turned a stressful situation into a phenomenal experience. I faced a unique predicament: my previous vehicle’s tags were expired, and I couldn’t re-register it in Florida or obta into a phenomenal experience. I faced a unique predicament: my previous vehicle’s tags were expired, and I couldn’t re-register it in Florida or obtain a new registration in Virginia due to California’s electronic title procedures causing a 4-6 week delay. Josh, my salesman, and sales managers Derrick and Danny were absolutely incredible, spending about 7 hours to find a solution despite my less-than-ideal credit. They were extremely transparent about how banks evaluate vehicles and financing and I ultimately left in a brand-new vehicle with current registration, allowing me to return to work without worrying about expired tags. I hadn’t wanted to trade in my car, but it was the easiest option to obtain current tags. At no point did I feel pressured by anyone there, and the whole team ensured the process was seamless and stress-free. Bayside Ford is the place for both typical and atypical vehicle needs—100% recommend and will refer everyone! Thank you, Josh, Derrick, and Danny! More

Walking into the service portion of the dealership was great until I walked up to a desk with a gentleman who barely acknowledged me pointed to the desk across the way and went back to playing on his phon great until I walked up to a desk with a gentleman who barely acknowledged me pointed to the desk across the way and went back to playing on his phone. A very lovely young lady named Natasha greeted me and told me she would be right with me as she was busy with 3 other customers at the moment. Once she had cashiered everyone out she greeted me with the warmest smile and welcome. She walked me through my service and what would happen during the appointment. She was helpful and very informative. She did not push any recommendations just explained what would need to be done. Such a wonderful employee. It is a shame that other service employees can’t manage to work. More

The service department seems very helpful and they completed several items however they still have not solved why the radio screen goes black and requires a hard reset to get it operating again.
