Horrible disgusting service embarrassing rejected Disrespected rejected they spoke down on us like if weren’t important recurring customers as we purchased 2 cars and we’re going to buy another one Disrespected rejected they spoke down on us like if weren’t important recurring customers as we purchased 2 cars and we’re going to buy another one glad to have not bought it there and took my business elsewhere. They couldn’t and didn’t have the skill to inform me of what was wrong with my car that needed fixing. the problem at the other dealership couldn’t find the problem but your dealership is untrustworthy waste of my time making a one hour trip can’t believe John the technician and Tim the manager to the point of upselling me a 12 k engine when the other dealer not once mentioned that and 2 different diagnostic. Should I believe you guys I hold you guys accountable and at fault for something like this. This opened my eyes and it’s unbelievable how something so simple became something big it only takes 1 person to ruin an experience and went from a past good review to now this the first thing that should come to mind when owning a business is customer service and getting to know there customers needs and wants which broke a good relationship thank For wasting my valuable time More
