Customer service is not my issue, But the product Grand Cherokee Limited for E is a big disappointment. Unfortunately customer service will need my vehicle for over a day plus because it is not char. Came in for warranty transmission issue. Only had 23000 on my Grand Cherokee. They found issues with my Rotor and brake pads and asked for $1800 to fix. How could I have an issue with my rotor and brake pads at 23000. Very shady. It's like I paid for the transmission issue, which by the way, is still there. Finally had a great experience at the Service Center. Ive been there once before about 7 years ago, and had a horrible experience.
