Made an appointment on a Monday. By Friday, car was not worked on at all. They never called to let me know what was happening, and when I called, they were never sure what the status of my vehicle was. T worked on at all. They never called to let me know what was happening, and when I called, they were never sure what the status of my vehicle was. They were very interested in selling me more services, but didn't seem to have enough time or ability to fix what it was already there for. Lots of smiles, double-talk and run-around, but got nowhere. Very incompetent. How does this "5-Star" dealership keep it's rating? After the fact, I found many people with similar stories. I guess once they earn that rating, they no longer have to try. Want decent to very good service? Find a dealership that is trying to get the rating! More
