Dear Ildar, We checed your car from bumper to bumper and we complied a list of all recommended repairs. We did not state that these repairs we mandatory but for your safety we inspect the entire vehicle. The amount you were quoted was for ALL repairs including but not limited to chasis work, wiring, suspension, tune up and so on. Dear Bob Kennedy, what are you talking about? I was given list of mandatory repairs in order to fix my car because the engines stop itself and transmission is not working properly. Also, I went to my mechanic and he stated that last person worked on my transmission did not put correctly gasket and oil is leaking from transmission. Do you think service people at Bayside well trained, then this is mistake. The amount I have been quoted for is not for chasis, wiring, suspension, tune-up as I was clearly told the amount for parts and labor. To replace sensors does not take longer than 1.5 hours of work and I was quoted for 4.5 hours.

I appreciate your response but the rear camera issue is still not resolved and I will have had to bring my car back three times in a three week period to hopefully get it corrected and it shouldn't take over two weeks to receive a part. Hopefully the service technicians get their act together because there does not appear to be any quality controls in place for their work and its your customers who are being inconvenienced.
