Second time that the wrong parts were ordered I brought my vehicle in for repair and was told that parts had to be ordered. When I was informed that the parts were in, I brought the car back. Af I brought my vehicle in for repair and was told that parts had to be ordered. When I was informed that the parts were in, I brought the car back. After waiting over an hour and a half, I was told that they were the wrong parts. This is the second time that I have had to return for an extra visit because the wrong parts were ordered. This is unacceptable. Jay in the service department couldn't have been nicer but one can't service a car with the wrong parts. I previously always purchased Hondas and it has been disappointing to have this problem two times out of the two times, I brought the car in for service. More

I look forward to updating you all. 3/2016: If I could rate my service experience a 0 I most certainly will. I first took my vehicle to them for a routine service & explained to Sergio that I had some sort of rattling noise which sounded like a pebble came in through the grill of the vehicle. Sergio mentioned if indeed it was a pebble they would be able to take care of it at no charge. I waited for 4 hours for my vehicle to only be told that I had to bring the vehicle in for further diagnosis at no charge and will be put into a loaner car because of the amount of time it would take to diagnosis the vehicle. I brought the car in a few days later as instructed. To my surprise because my car showed signs of body work to the passenger side door, Sergio said I would now have to reopen my insurance claim to have an adjuster view the vehicle. An adjuster viewed the vehicle a day later & to confirm what I said advised me that it sounded like a pebble but should the noise be attributed to the accident they would cover it. Of course now Sergio changed his story & after telling me the loaner car & diagnosis was a no charge, he said I would be charged for these services. Since when do you charge someone a diagnosis fee & not even diagnosis what the problem is. Sounds to me that they are looking to rip people off. On top of that, he tried to say the vehicle was involved in a front end collision when I explained to him it was a passenger side collision. He even went to the extent to tell me to go back to the body shop where I repaired the vehicle & act as if the noise was there right after the repairs. What a snake! I have referred people to this dealer who purchased vehicles but I no longer will. At least if you're going to make up things keep the facts straight! More
Precise and professional I leased the vehicle two weeks prior to a truck side swiping the entire left side of my parked vehicle. Very Professional management team My 2005 Chrysler Pacifica was at the service center for quite some time. They were waiting for a part- the immobilizer. the car was not under warranty My 2005 Chrysler Pacifica was at the service center for quite some time. They were waiting for a part- the immobilizer. the car was not under warranty, so it was coming out of my pocket. My wife and I needed a car to get to work so we had no choice but to rent one. The car went in on a Friday and tech said part should be in and installed by Monday. Turned out that because the car has been discontinued, parts are hard to come by and sometimes are on back order. First they ordered the part and all we can do is wait for the manufacturer to ship it to them. Since the part was taking so long to get there - now about 5 days or so - the management team started to step in and working on another strategy. They actually called around to all the Chrysler dealers on the east coast to see if anyone else might have the part to try and get it sooner - VERY IMPRESSIVE- I must say. most places would have just said "oh well, not our fault". The part finally came and was installed. By then my car rental fees were over $600, not to mention the cost of the repairs. The best thing that happened to me was meeting the manager - Robert Kennedy. A day or so after my whole ordeal with payment and bills and returning car rentals and pick ups, I get a phone call, It was Robert. Most service centers home that they don't ever hear from any of their customers again because if they do, most likely its because something goes wrong, but not this place. Because of the whole back order of parts and hardship that me and my wife went through, Chrysler was willing to help us out with a partial payment back for at least some of the car rental fees. This was the greatest news ever, as we were now strapped for cash. This man was there for us every step of the way, and did everything he could in his power to be as helpful and curious as possible. That is the true meaning of being a manager and putting your customers first. A++ customer service and effort. More
