Worst dealership ever If you can go to any other dealer for service, please go there. They have zero customer service. If I could give zero stars I will. I will make it my personal duty to tell everyone I know and meet in NY and out of town never to come to this dealership. You guys are the worst I have come across. No regards for the person paying you and I'm even scared for my car right now. Thank you for doing nothing, waste of time (had my car in the shop for a whole week) never called to tell me what the diagnostic results were, I had to call. Waste of money as they fixed nothing and I still have to pay for them fixing nothing even though I was told that if I fix the issue I did not have to pay for diagnostics only to find out it's still part of it. I have never felt so taken advantage of as a client ever before. Make no mistake this will not be the last review I leave of this company and it's rude and unapologetic staff that look at you from below their noses. More

This dealer is no good Every time I take my car here they fail to provide proper service. When they fix something ,they break something else. The first time I left my car there, it was parked on the street and hit by another car, I ended up dealing with that. The car had the instrument cluster changed due to a malfunction with the speedometer since then it does not display the average mile per gallon. Every time I take it back (for other reasons), I explain to them that amp display is missing and every time fail to fix it, as they return the car I realize that it is not fixed so they tell me it would take another 3 hours to fix it and I give up and take the car back. More
