Prompt service. I left my Jeep for very basic service: oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. About an hour later I received a call that oil change and tire I left my Jeep for very basic service: oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. About an hour later I received a call that oil change and tire rotation were done and the inspection will be done in another 20 minutes after which I can pick up my car. Excellent Service department, Finance department not so much I would give the service department 5+ stars, especially Jay. They are all great in that department and very honest and helpful. On the other hand I have to give a total rating of 3 due to the Finance department. They are rude and not very kind to their customers, nor helpful at all. I have been lied to by one particular person in Finance a couple of times for one specific issue and when I try to get it corrected, I am told everything is fine and rushed out the door. Apparently, the issue still exists and I am trying to get that issue fixed to this day and I have had my car for a year now. Not happy with them at all. More

I had some issues with the Road Hazard warranty company. Once Business Manager from Bayside found out about the issues I was having, he immediately got himself involved and had the issue resolved within minutes. Great job Bayside!!!! Bayside Jeep is the worst service department I've ever gone to. I brought the car in for the handle over the passenger side that broke and after waiting six hours,We got the car back and was told t ever gone to. I brought the car in for the handle over the passenger side that broke and after waiting six hours,We got the car back and was told that everything is complete. The handle that they were supposed to repair broke again and The seat on the drivers side did not work properly. We brought the car back in and waited 4 hours to find out that they didn't have the part for the handle over the seat.They did a patch up job And of course the handle broke again Also the seat on the driver's was not repaired and were told to bring the car in the following week and would have to leave it there all day for them to repair the seat. Every time we called to find out the status on the repair we were put on hold and then disconnected at least four times. We just got the car back from bayside after waiting all day I hope everything was repaired properly this time. I bought this car brand-new and paid cash for it if you are looking to buy a Jeep do not go to Bayside Jeep There service is nonexistent. More
These thieves tried to chrage me $236.00 to change a PCV valve on my 5.7 Hemi. The part itself is $28.00 and takes all of 10 minutes to change it. I figured I would have them do it since I was bringing in m valve on my 5.7 Hemi. The part itself is $28.00 and takes all of 10 minutes to change it. I figured I would have them do it since I was bringing in my car for a recall anyway but after hearing a price like that I decided to take my car to another trustable dealership. Stay away from these schumcks!! They are bad news!!! More
I came into the dealer because my jeep had issues with the horn and on top of that it was time for its yearly inspection. On the first day I came in Jay was very helpful and informative. He said not to worry about anything that the team will have my issues resolved as soon as possible. Since the wait was about 2 hours my boyfriend and I decided to walk around the area. When the car was ready Jay kindly gave us a call to let us know. When it was time to pay the bill i figured it would be a good amount of money because of the horn issue. Jay provided me with great information about the expenses that were covered given that my jeep was only a year old. I really appreciated that because i was not aware of this. I left and the car was working fine but later on the same day the horn died again. I went back the next week and as soon as I walked in Jay gave me a warm welcome. He was very friendly and respectful, This is good given the amount of stress I was under because my 1 year old car was broken already. I informed Jay that I had to work that day and would really appreciated if I could have the car back as soon as possible. He said they would try their best. But soon it was time to go to work and my car was not ready. Jay kindly offered the free service that came with my jeep benefits of having a car for whatever time it took for them to fix my car. I was ready to request that but just at that point my car was ready. As I didn't have time to wait for my paperwork Jay offered to mail it. I was glad to receive all my paperwork in the mail 2 days later. Because I felt welcomed at the service center and because Jay provided me with important information and always went out of his way to help me I will always go back and totally recommend the center to everyone.
