good with one exception. see below. I went for an oil change, problem with the brake and problem with the windshield wipers. Oil change was fine, brake was taken care of but windshield I went for an oil change, problem with the brake and problem with the windshield wipers. Oil change was fine, brake was taken care of but windshield wiper needed a sensor which had to be ordered. I was told that it would take 2-3 days to be ordered and that I would be called when it comes in. It is now 3 weeks since I had the work done and I still have not been called for the sensor to be put in. That is not the way to treat a new customer if you want him to stay here. More
Poor service to loyal customer Paid for 7 year extended warranty and was told 9 months later it's invalid. Dealership told me to call Jeep customer service who transferred me to Mop Paid for 7 year extended warranty and was told 9 months later it's invalid. Dealership told me to call Jeep customer service who transferred me to Mopar then Mopar spoke directly to customer service in Bayside requesting situation be addressed in dealership. Dealership dropped the ball. And customer service for work needed that was HORRIBLE. What ever happened to customer loyalty? More
Horrible Service!!! This is one of the WORST dealerships I’ve been to EVER. The service department has no respect for customers and have a very sarcastic answer/attitude This is one of the WORST dealerships I’ve been to EVER. The service department has no respect for customers and have a very sarcastic answer/attitude for every question asked. They should train employees with some customer service skills. The warranty I purchased is HORRIBLE. I paid $1,625 for a 3 year warranty which doesn’t cover anything I every came in for. On top of not covering the issue, I they charged $200.00 fee. What is the POINT of getting a warranty when nothing is covered and your charging to check the car ????? On top of that it took those about FOUR DAYS to figure out a problem that should take 2 hours. Every time I called the dealership they gave me a phony story or it went to voicemail. When I called for the first time I was told that the service person at the front desk who took my paperwork is OFF on Mondays and to call back on Tuesday. WHAT THE xxxx DOES THAT MEAN??? Does this guy own the dealership? If the guy at the front desk is out of the office does that mean my car doesn’t get checked? What does the guy at the front desk have anything to do with my car being checked??? I call in on Tuesday and I am told this guy BRIAN is running late today and to call back later….. After this I realized that this dealership is a joke. This is the worst service I have ever received. I paid about 16 grand for this car and it’s not even 2 years old. I have never been treated this bad in my life. After 4 days they call me and tell me that the part is not covered and they wanted 1400 dollars to fix the issue. I looked up the part it was 370. I bought the part and it took me 30 minutes to install it on my own since it was a easy fix that only required a plyer and screwdriver. They are criminals here. Stay away from this dealership. They don’t honor warranties and are very slowwwwwww. They will lie to you to sell you anything. NEVER coming back here. More

I recently went in for a service appointment and after some frustration they were able to correct the problem and were very fair in their pricing. Rich who has my service agent demonstrated professionalism and was helpful throughout this process. More
