Over Priced Push for a Lease The mechanic team there is fantastic but not sure about the management. I came in with 2016 jeep for a 6000-mile checkup and I was told my bill would be $800.00 for a lease vehicle. Oil change, tire rotations, and emissions filter shouldn't cost that much considering I'm more renting the car than outright owning it. The worst part is the manager on the floor was pushing for it saying it MUST be done. Check, check, check that lease agreement because there are cheaper options available elsewhere. More

Bad experience! Disappointed that my dealership lied to me about an unnecessary service that was supposedly needed for my new 2016 Dodge Challenger. Charged me $250 for "fuel injector cleaning" the car doesn't even have 15,000 miles on it. Was misled in purchasing this service to help pad the dealership pockets. More

I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted t To start I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted that they would ensure quality in my purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong. The wrangler I purchased was leaking water so bad the jack was inoperable. I discovered that about 2 months after purchase. I went into the rear compartment and it was filled with water. Then my breaks started making a little noise I only heard twice. I took it in and found out I needed breaks and rotors. When I brought it in for the break noise I asked them to check on the leak. Afte 6 days! They finally gave me an answer. Neither the breaks nor the leak were covered under the additional extended warranty I purchased. The breaks were 600$ and the leak was a 50$ part but they were going to charge me 280$ labor. Again they took my jeep for 6 days and wouldn't take any of my calls nor would they return them. I had to actually go to the dealership several times in an attempt to get answers. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I would recommend everyone refuse to purchase vehicles from them or take their vehicles there for service. More

Matt, who I feel like a V.I.P at Bayside Chrysler! Jay has been my Service Advisor for the last 5 years and always make sure that I'm taken care of. Matt, who sold me my car, always checks in when he sees me to see if everything is okay. And Elvis even remembers my name! We live in Malverne now, and there are service centers that are closer. But it's worth the trip to Bayside, because they are the best! More
