Service has been unacceptable I leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude package on Sept 13 2017. The day I picked it up I noticed that my radio wasn't working along with the blu I leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude package on Sept 13 2017. The day I picked it up I noticed that my radio wasn't working along with the blue tooth feature. I told the service guys and they tried to fix it to no avail. The sales guys who were great btw tried to help me, and told the service guys to just replace the radio. I was told that it would be done by the end of the week. Well today is Oct 17 2017, my issue has still not been resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable, I can understand that problems arise but they should be resolved in a timely fashion. This has taken over a month... why should I pay fit options I don't have? I was told it would be taken care of but talk is cheap..let's see Edgar happens More

Pay attention to the forms you sign They will try to rip you off! Went in to fix two issues, agreed to pay a fee if decided not to move forward after diagnostics.
