Excellent and thorough service. I was immediately greeted at service area and my issues were addressed. The service consultant, Rich McInturff, had me sit while he checked me in. He promptly came over to me and updated me on needed services that I may want to take care of during the day's visit. The consultant explained the services and the possible necessity for them. Still the same issues I'm still having the same issues with my rear driver side window I was given a rental for a few hours to fix the problem and called back a few hours l I'm still having the same issues with my rear driver side window I was given a rental for a few hours to fix the problem and called back a few hours later that it was fixed with a update but the window still doesn't work I told Richard and bob that the problem happens when it's cold weather outside and they didn't even wait for the temperature to drop to see what I was telling them about I'm still having the same issue with the window so I guess until it's fixed I'll have to keep complaining about it More
