I had an appointment for my engine to be checked I arrived early for my appointment and my car was able to be taken at that moment. The check engine was on and my warranty covered the parts my car ha I arrived early for my appointment and my car was able to be taken at that moment. The check engine was on and my warranty covered the parts my car had to stay over night and was ready by the AM. I only had to pay for oil change. The customer service was very nice More
Fast and easy experience. Scott Levine was awesome. Knew what I needed and expedited the repair. I was originally dropping off the vehicle at night for the next day and Scott Scott Levine was awesome. Knew what I needed and expedited the repair. Insufficient maintenance service Had an issue with my Environment control to where it was only blowing cold air. So I brought it in for maintenance to get it checked out. (I have third party warranty) so I had to get it quoted to get it actually fixed. A week goes by to get my vechile. They said that the car was done. When we went to go get it they mistaken my paperwork with some other lady about tires to the wheel, had to explain to them that wasn’t the reason I came for my car. Long story short, car environmental control wasn’t fixed so I had to bring it in again and they fixed on after the second time of me taken it to them after a lousy maintenance, but the thing that is most troublesome about the experience is that I had to pay for them to see it again to fix it since I had the third party warranty. will I bring the car back to them, I will do my best in not to do so. More

Airbag light on I brought my Jeep Cherokee to the dealership to fix the air bag light on June 4, 2018. I arrived at the dealership around 6am. By 9am, I was told that I brought my Jeep Cherokee to the dealership to fix the air bag light on June 4, 2018. I arrived at the dealership around 6am. By 9am, I was told that the part they ordered is not being read by the computer so they have to get another part from their Westbury dealership . I agreed to leave the car and was told that they will call me if the car is ready. By 3:30, I decided to call them and was told that it won’t be ready not til the following day and was told to call the same time to verify if it’s ready. On June 5, I called at around 3:30 pm and was put on hold a lot of time, and then was told that the sensor did not arrived yet from UPS. I was told the previous day that they will just pick it up at Westbury, and now they’re telling they ordered it. They are giving me the run around. So I decided to go to the dealership to pick up my car. I arrived at the dealership around 4:30pm and the service agent told me that they are in the process of imstalling the sensor and even showed me the car. I asked him if I can wait for it and said that he will let me know in 10 min. After 20 min, he called me and said that they still cannot figure out the problem. So I decided to tell him that I badly need the car and will just bring it back. So when they are finish putting back the panels, they charge me $375 without fixing the problem and was told to bring it back whenever I’m ready, and they will not charge me anymore . More

Scam artist from service to dealers I have always bought Hondas and I decided to buy a jeep. Worst mistake ever. I have had problems from the beginning of the lease to the end. When I bought the car i was bamboozoled into buying the jeep latitude. Which turned out to have problems afer problems. From transmission to poor pick up. Now that im endong my lease they tellimg me that unless i buy another car from them they are going to charge me from all little scratches to tires. Oh and btw i have free tire exchange when i bought the car, I will never ever buy or refer anybody to buy this jeep and definitely not from this dealership. More
