Turned out to be unprofessional after all After updating my radio's software/firmware, 2014 G.C. OverLand, which i received from Jeep, problems started. Radio screen was taking longer that us After updating my radio's software/firmware, 2014 G.C. OverLand, which i received from Jeep, problems started. Radio screen was taking longer that usual to boot up, sometimes it didn't at all and I had no A/C (heat was going on full blast with absolutely no control over it). Also navigation was out completely! Took it to the dealer, told me that the radio had to be replaced and I wasn't the only one with those issues, I said ok, thought it would be something like a recall, nobody told me i would have to pay for it for the update that messed up my system, the one Jeep sent me... The gentleman at the parts department told me that it was my fault because I accepted to upgrade the software! Who wouldn't want to upgrade it anyway? You think you'll get new features and stuff and you press OK, just like smartphones and computers! After arguing with him, i finally paid the amount of $108.00 which is the extra warranty deductible and left. The amount didn't bother me, that's why i have the extra warranty on the car, what bothers me is the way I was treated by someone who's there to assist me! I got blamed for the damage, he said that my radio had a problem and it showed with the update! NO MY RADIO WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE!!! Besides that, whoever worked on my car to perform that task, it must've been the first time for him; noticed a minor scratch from something used to remove the trim around the radio and when it was done, trim was left unclipped from the passenger side, I finished it for him! I was so upset that i just wanted to get out of there and didn't called anyone to mention these, probably they would say I did it or something.... I used to trust and like them, not anymore.... Stay away from updates and stuff, always get pictures of your car before leave it for service. More
Good customer service I recently took my car for a oil change and to get new wipers for my jeep and even though the wait was long and price for the wipers was a little too I recently took my car for a oil change and to get new wipers for my jeep and even though the wait was long and price for the wipers was a little too expensive the interactions I had with Jay makes up for it.this guy is a class act.I always enjoy our interactions. It is about being transparent. I never complained of anybody not being polite and I did mentioned that you made lots of efforts. But how can you explain that I was told that the veh I never complained of anybody not being polite and I did mentioned that you made lots of efforts. But how can you explain that I was told that the vehicle is ready and the engine light is off for 3 times while it is not ! I'd have appreciated an answer like we don't have what it takes to take care of that. My only complaint was when I complained at the first time that the vehicle is worse and undrivable while I brought it driving it. At this time the manager accused me of being rude ! More

The first time, I complained to him that my key fobs were low on battery and I had mentioned the problem on my previous 3 visits to someone else, nothing was done. What I did not expect Rich to do right away was to take the matter in his own hands and yell out for new batteries that he was ready to pay the difference of about maybe 60 cents for. I was struck by the level of commitment to a high customer satisfaction that I did not know how to react. I did not have a chance to write my review then. This time I brought to his attention that my brakes made noises and he thanked me for letting him know about it. I drove my car out with quiet brakes at the end of the day. The only issue I had was that the wait time was punishingly long. Thank goodness for the audio book. Your service has come a very long way. You have a talented front line worker who understands the importance of customer services. I can see Rich going higher on the chain of command in the future because he gets what customers need. We need quality, respect, and reliability. More

Worse Customer Service ever Experienced I went in for a routine inspection of my 2015 Jeep Sahara with 6,000 miles. Simple process...not for Bayside Servicing. At first I get insulted at the I went in for a routine inspection of my 2015 Jeep Sahara with 6,000 miles. Simple process...not for Bayside Servicing. At first I get insulted at the front desk because Rich insisted that I could not have been given free servicing for the lifetime of the lease when I had previously shown evidence so the manger in sales had to be called to verify that I was not lying. So after insult number one I am then told that my 2015 barely used car will not pass inspection because my windshield wipers are leaving "streak" marks. WHAT? unheard of...but I guess they did not want me waking away before paying something. So I now buy the wipers to pass inspection. The next day, it's raining and low and behold, the new wipers are leaving streak marks. I had never had that before but apparently my service person said that the reason my first set was streaking was because I "didn't use them" ...GENIOUS! Then the new ones must be streaking because I have not used them yet...so how did it pass inspection when the new ones that were put in are streaking too?...Go Figure... REDICULOUS! This servicing place is a joke! RUDE, I was belittled by the jerk at the counter...threatened that if I did not bring evidence of the free service that is supposed to be in the system, I will be charged! I can't wait to give this car back and be done with Bayside. I don't recommend this place to anyone! I have two other Jeeps...both from Major World in Woodside ...Bayside needs to learn from them...they have better service...better prices...better deals...better customer care! More

Totally unsatisfied and frustrated I was called that the vehicle is ready and after I paid, I found that the vehicle is in worse condition than when I first brought it in, like the engi I was called that the vehicle is ready and after I paid, I found that the vehicle is in worse condition than when I first brought it in, like the engine was replaced with other worse engine. When I complained, the manager accused me of being nasty!! Then they told me that the bill contains a recommendation to replace one more part, they never told me before that it necessary for the repairs. Then after waiting for 10 days for the part, they called me yesterday that they need 2 more parts. 3 vehicle diagnosis and 13 days of delay and until now, they never told me when the vehicle will be ready!!! Never ever again Chrysler. More
