Be more knowledgeable Of Service Given My 3,000 miles plus 3 months oil change. Completion of work sticker says return 6,000 miles or 6 months. I question why 6,000 miles this time an 3,000 My 3,000 miles plus 3 months oil change. Completion of work sticker says return 6,000 miles or 6 months. I question why 6,000 miles this time an 3,000 miles last visit. New auto 3,181 first change sticker to return in 3 months or 6,181. All I was told I use synthetic oil. The service rep should had inform me I was 3,000 miles an 3 months early. Regardless what the sticker said. All work is in the computer. More
How they operate I purchased a new vehicle for this dealership after traveling 2 hrs that ordeal was a nightmare. They told me about there great service. I was told when i scheduled my first service they would have a loaner ready for me. When i arrived it took them over 2 hours to get me a loaner. When the guy from the local rent a car told me to inspect my car when i pick it up im was puzzeled. They called me the next day and said car is ready. When i got to the dealer they told me to return rental. When i got back from rental i waited over a hour and they told me that they noticed a problem yesterday with the weather stripping and when removing windshield it broke. That car is not ready and they will call when ready. So i went to rental car place and got a loaner and drove back 2 hours. The next day i went to the dealer after they called, when i arrived they said car is almost ready. When they finally pulled car up i barely recognized the car it was so dirty. I drove off and saw tire indicater light was still on. So i decided to just take it home to my mechanic. When i told him about winshield he looked and told me it was never touched. So the paperwork said changed tire and winshield (under warrantee) yet nothing was done. So i am assuming manufacture pays without questions. Thats just plain dirty. More

I changed the part anyway during an upgrade, just to have it handy and remind myself and my family and friends what LIES mechanics say to generate business. More
Service with a Smile to compensate for Satisfactory Repairs Truck was quality controlled supposedly for 9 miles. Yet my mileage went up only by 4 miles. Everyone in all departments provides excellent service, from sales (Elvis), finance (Terry) and service department. I took new 2017 charger for oil change and the service department was excellent. I actually enjoy the experience at this dealership. However, just like with the first charger, my file was not noted that all oil changes would be free. The first time this was quickly and easily rectified. Hopefully, this time it will be the same. More
They repaired my car very professionally, place you trust. no parts ,poor service Bought 4 trucks from bayside in 2 years. Every repair done in the past has always taken an extremely long amount of time . This last repair I was told Bought 4 trucks from bayside in 2 years. Every repair done in the past has always taken an extremely long amount of time . This last repair I was told the truck needed a cooling fan assembly and they are on back order till the middle of January , approximately 2 months away .Can't run my business without trucks . While talking to the service dept. , I was put on hold several times for 15 minutes and then disconnected . When I finally got someone to talk to I was told there is no loaner or rental truck available ,that I would have to call dodge which turned out to be an even worse experience . I was given a case # and case manager which means nothing .They are never in .They say they will call back and never do . I had to take control of the situation . I found the part on Amazon for half the price and had it in one day and the next day put it in . 10 days later they call and say the part is in . Poor management and customer service . It appears that nobody cares . More
