Service and repairs The worst service ever. The attitude in the front desk is horrible. When I bought my jeep they promised free oil change, tire rotation and car wash The worst service ever. The attitude in the front desk is horrible. When I bought my jeep they promised free oil change, tire rotation and car wash as long as I service my jeep at there service department. I have never gotten a free car wash, when I asked they said they don't do that anymore, when I ask for the tire rotation they charge me, I told them that when I brought my jeep I was told that I get free tire rotation their response was i have to pay. They are nasty and I wish I never brought my jeep from them. They lied. The sales person was never available when I wanted to ask him why is everything different from what I was told.. Repairs They claimed I needed a which would run $1,800 core I got a second opinion it turns out that I needed a thermostat and a water pump.
