MECHANICS LIE ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED CHANGED. Everyone in all departments provides excellent service, from sales (Elvis), finance (Terry) and service department. I took new 2017 charger for oil change and the service department was excellent. I actually enjoy the experience at this dealership. However, just like with the first charger, my file was not noted that all oil changes would be free. The first time this was quickly and easily rectified. Hopefully, this time it will be the same. More
They repaired my car very professionally, place you trust. no parts ,poor service Bought 4 trucks from bayside in 2 years. Every repair done in the past has always taken an extremely long amount of time . This last repair I was told Bought 4 trucks from bayside in 2 years. Every repair done in the past has always taken an extremely long amount of time . This last repair I was told the truck needed a cooling fan assembly and they are on back order till the middle of January , approximately 2 months away .Can't run my business without trucks . While talking to the service dept. , I was put on hold several times for 15 minutes and then disconnected . When I finally got someone to talk to I was told there is no loaner or rental truck available ,that I would have to call dodge which turned out to be an even worse experience . I was given a case # and case manager which means nothing .They are never in .They say they will call back and never do . I had to take control of the situation . I found the part on Amazon for half the price and had it in one day and the next day put it in . 10 days later they call and say the part is in . Poor management and customer service . It appears that nobody cares . More

Turned out to be unprofessional after all After updating my radio's software/firmware, 2014 G.C. OverLand, which i received from Jeep, problems started. Radio screen was taking longer that us After updating my radio's software/firmware, 2014 G.C. OverLand, which i received from Jeep, problems started. Radio screen was taking longer that usual to boot up, sometimes it didn't at all and I had no A/C (heat was going on full blast with absolutely no control over it). Also navigation was out completely! Took it to the dealer, told me that the radio had to be replaced and I wasn't the only one with those issues, I said ok, thought it would be something like a recall, nobody told me i would have to pay for it for the update that messed up my system, the one Jeep sent me... The gentleman at the parts department told me that it was my fault because I accepted to upgrade the software! Who wouldn't want to upgrade it anyway? You think you'll get new features and stuff and you press OK, just like smartphones and computers! After arguing with him, i finally paid the amount of $108.00 which is the extra warranty deductible and left. The amount didn't bother me, that's why i have the extra warranty on the car, what bothers me is the way I was treated by someone who's there to assist me! I got blamed for the damage, he said that my radio had a problem and it showed with the update! NO MY RADIO WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE!!! Besides that, whoever worked on my car to perform that task, it must've been the first time for him; noticed a minor scratch from something used to remove the trim around the radio and when it was done, trim was left unclipped from the passenger side, I finished it for him! I was so upset that i just wanted to get out of there and didn't called anyone to mention these, probably they would say I did it or something.... I used to trust and like them, not anymore.... Stay away from updates and stuff, always get pictures of your car before leave it for service. More
