I've had it I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!. First, they fail to remedy my initial complaint. Robo-calls and spam emails galore, but no remedy. Today, I get a I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!. First, they fail to remedy my initial complaint. Robo-calls and spam emails galore, but no remedy. Today, I get a light that informs its time for my first oil change. I check online, they advertise "express oil change" yada, yada, yada. I print out a coupon and drive ALL THE WAY FROM THE BRONX in crap weather. I get there and the attendant tells me oil changes are by appointment only. I inform him that it doesn't say that on their website, he nods then says "today only". I ask how long is the wait, he says three to four hours!!! THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS!!! Customer Service means NOTHING to these people!!! I regret ever stepping foot in this dealership and will avoid them like the plague in the future and so should YOU!!! More

The clockspring recall was a disaster and caused me multiple trips to fix. There was a continual passing the buck attitude, like they were doing me a favor to fix the deficient work. My local mechanic hooked the jeep up to a monitor and in a few moments mentioned the issue could be clockspring related. The dealership had the jeep for a full day the day prior and couldn't figure this out. My other recall was for an airbag and when they replaced the airbag they forgot to put in a grommet so, naturllay, I needed to come back again. Costing me easily an hour and half to two hours each way in travel, fees etc. Did the dealership accommodate in any way? no they did not. I was hopeful when manager, Bob Kennedy, got involved it would help but only got worse. When I asked to see his boss, he told me its basically useless, that the boss would only direct me back to him. Was hoping for a good experience and getting a few recalls done. Turned into a high stress situation. And my new door seal...? It leaking just as bad. Now what? another return visit? More
Worst service I drop the car off and they said there gonn be done in a week. Called the next day and still same thing happened never got a phone call back. I called again the next few day same thing, sometimes they would put me on hold for 30 min and then they would hang up. This happened to me twice. Finally when i got in touch with them they had the car ready because they would have never called. Then I drive back to my home I check for my sunglasses and they were missing along with my phone case. They stole my brand new sunglasses I have the receipt and glasses case in the car. I call to let them know and they did the same thing they said they wer going to call me back never did, called the next day and they put me on hold for 20min then hung up on me. I don’t know what’s going on but honestly the worst service I have ever gotten. As soon as the lease is up I probably will never deal with a dodge again.... More

fixed our truck when we meeded it done. been there 3 times and all times it was fixed. no other issues to report. good service. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE so after fiving them 5atara after my purchase weve had problems. i was harrassed to get truck back to dealer for recalls that if they werent performed the dealer wouldnt be paid for the truck via their rebates. during covid that wasnt happening on both ends. finally when thinga settled they were great. picked it up from my driveway left me a loaner truck did the recalls and brought it back. they got what they wanted. so here is where it goes wrong. they got what they needed and ive had a few conplaints on the brand new truck. noises. shaking etc. not normal stuff. i am a dealer tech by trade and now own my own shop. i deive these trucks every single day so that being said i waa told that the noises were normal. the noise is absolutly crazy when you start the truck. told me it was a "high torque" starter which it is however isnt supposed to make noise. i cant do 65-75 on the highway it feels like truck is falling apart. mind tou this is going on from mile number 1. ive contacted them and they told me now for 3 weeks they were going to do the swap again for me. wach time making an appointment to pick up and no one ever shows up. thats days out of work now waiting. when i call its always something and depending who you speak to a different story. so the after care is terrible. they really just want a quick sale and be done with you. beware of that. i stil maintain that my buying experince was great. service as usual is the problem. hey but what do you expect from NJ dealers. im going to call GM and ask them for help and see how that goes. im stuck woth a $72,000 truck that makes noise and cant drive on the highway. totally ridiculous. i think i will start the lemon law process and let the 6 yes 6 family and friends know who i sent there to lease and purchase whats going on. id say they wont go back. 4 are coming off lease as of next month. thank you More
