Thieves ! Horrible Service Brought my new Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation was told 1 hr ..5 hrs later was told I need brake pads at 510.00 r you serious? Took my help left went to 2 diff mechanics whom both said my brake pads are fine They were just trying to rip me off they get a lot of customers from them saying the same thing ... oh yeah Mr Service manager Bob Kennedy ? On yelp they tell you contact him ... I’ve called for three weeks he is never available , has no voice mail and no email... that explains it because if he did his phone would blow up as well as his emails ... this dealership is a den of unprofessional thieves ... the best is I leased new vehicle from them they didn’t even give me a spare tire Do not waste your time here unless you want to get ripped off or treated like a low life ...
