A pleasure to work with. I went in for an oil change & was informed there was a recall on a perticular part on my Cherokee. I was also informed by Jay the service rep that my I went in for an oil change & was informed there was a recall on a perticular part on my Cherokee. I was also informed by Jay the service rep that my complimentary oil changes had expired but he offered me a nice deal on a package of oil changes after I had called the warranty contract head quarters to find out what happened with my complimentary oil changes. I came to BAYSIDE because MAJOR WORLD LIC did not take care of any of the issues I had when I Bayside CJD provided me with excellent customer service.
