Not the greatest The customer service is not the greatest. Customer service needs to be more people oriented and more professional. There way of checking customers in for appointments is unprofessional. You don't know if they are strangers on the street as they wear regular clothes. I am skeptic to hand over my vehicle over for service. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE I TOOK MY 2017 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE TO BAYSIDE CHRYSLER THE DEALER WHERE I GOT THE VEHICLE FROM LAST YEAR,HOPPING THIS DEALER WILL TAKE CARE OF SEVERAL I TOOK MY 2017 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE TO BAYSIDE CHRYSLER THE DEALER WHERE I GOT THE VEHICLE FROM LAST YEAR,HOPPING THIS DEALER WILL TAKE CARE OF SEVERAL ISSUES WITH MY JEEP, ENGINE LIGHTS ARE COMING UP, ENGINE MALFUNCTIONING SO BAD THAT AT LOW RPM SHUTS OFF, MISFIRING AT ALL TIMES, AND RUNNING REAL BAD, AT EVERY STOP VEHICLE SHAKES AND VIBRATES, TOOK THE VEHICLE IN TO HAVE IT DIAGNOSE AND REPAIRED, LEFT WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT THREE TIMES LAST WEEK,WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL DIAGNOSE AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS, EVERY TIME I WAS CALLED TO PICK IT UP AND APPARENTLY NOTHING WAS DONE, I WILL DRIVE THE VEHICLE A FEW BLOCKS AND ALL THE ENGINE LIGHTS WILL POP UP AGAIN AND ENGINE STARTS MISFIRING AND STALLING AGAIN, FURTHERMORE WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT NO LONER SERVICE WAS OFFERED, IF I NEED ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A RENTAL AND WAIT FOR CHRYSLER REIMBURSEMENT, IT INCONVENIENCE ME LOOSING TIME.AT MY BUSINESS OPERATION. I WILL CONTACT CHRYSLER THIS WEEK COMING UP, IT LOOKS LIKE A GOT A LEMON FROM THEM, THE ONLY THING THEY ADVISED AT THE SERVICE DESK IS TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE EVERY TIME I BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY WILL SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO, VERY EMBARRASSING NOT TO HAVE AN SPECIFIC SOLUTION, OR HONEST INTELLIGENT ANSWER ACCORDING TO SCOTT THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND THE INVOICES UNDER WARRANTY GIVEN TO ME SEVERAL PARTS HAD BEEN REPLACED WITCH I HAD TO WAIT TWO DAYS FOR THEIR ARRIVAL WITH NO REPAIR SOLUTION OR GOOD RESULTS. VERY DISSATISFIED. I WILL ADVISE AND COMMUNICATE TO CHRYSLER HOW TERRIBLE THIS PRODUCT AND SERVICE IS AND HOW MUCH THIS SITUATION HAS AFFECTED ME PERSONALLY AND FINANCIALLY. More

Fustrating My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:4 My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:45 AM and we waited till 6:27 to be written up for the FIRST OIL CHANGE. & a recall that required a computer update. I did not receive car back till 8:00 AM. Your staff needs to have operation ready to RECEIVE CARS WHEN YOU OPEN AT 6:00 AM, you should not be having YOUR CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR THEM TO MOVE CARS., panel trucks in & out. You need to respect the time of your customers, if you say 6 AM then they (the staff) have to be in at 5:30 and be ready to write up work orders at 6:00 AM. More
