Timing and quality. Last time service took more then month and a half. They park the van on the street for all that time because tall van's don't fit in their service sho Last time service took more then month and a half. Got 4 parking tickets which never been reimbursed to me. Right now my van again at their service center with transmission issue (fourth times). More

Prices have gotten out of control I recently came in for an inspection and found out I will need breaks soon. I was quoted 1285 plus tax for 4 discs and rotors. Wth, this break job s I recently came in for an inspection and found out I will need breaks soon. I was quoted 1285 plus tax for 4 discs and rotors. Wth, this break job should cost 650ish for both axles. .not per axle. This is why people dont come in for regular service. More

Crowded, no parking, and sloppy customer service. Title said it all. They need a bigger space to service the large ammount of people they get. there is always a traffic jam at the entrance of the serv Title said it all. They need a bigger space to service the large ammount of people they get. there is always a traffic jam at the entrance of the service driveway. They have no parking whatsoever for customers. I just come here because it is convenient. When you get inside, it takes a while until someone acknowledges you and it seems every employee is waiting for someone else to take care of the next customer. They eat at the front desks, disregard the customers and engage in conversation instead of paying attention to the line. They do have bagels and creamcheese, which did not look too appealing to me. The folks that pick and return your car, seemed rushed and a bit too casual. Hey, I know this is not the Mercedes dealer where they shine your shoes and give you expresso, but a little courtesy, adequate installations and good customer service would go a long way. More
