Terrible Service and Service guy, Jay sucks! My vehicle was brought in with major damage. Took too long to repair car. In the estimate from insurance company they were required to repair whole f My vehicle was brought in with major damage. Took too long to repair car. In the estimate from insurance company they were required to repair whole front bumper and paint. At first they tried to give me car back and claim that it was not in the estimate. It was clear as day, that they were supposed to take care of it. Because I pushed, they got it done. But they tried to get away with it. Not cool! More

Monday Night Oil Change At this point I’m used to extended delay at this service center. Oil changes and tire rotation are a 3 hour challenge of patience. I don’t know what express oil change means at the bayside service center. Scott and the Ladies assisting we nice and polite but, C’mon Scott, you told me 2 hours. I went to dinner came back almost 2 hrs later and was told 15 more minutes. 45 minutes later 3 cars are released at once. More
