There’s a disconnect and it’s taking a toll Young lady took my money and I heard her call my tag. She told me to wait outside, ‘your car will be brought to you right away.’ It was frigid outside. The couple who came out after me had their car brought to them first and I was still waiting. The service mechanic can’t expect citizens to be honest. I would have told him if someone was before me. Something the couple did not do. Nevertheless, the question should have been, ‘who’s next?’ Or ‘who is number...?’ Or ‘who has a ... (make and model of the car)?’ I had to go back inside because it was way too cold to continue waiting outside. I keep coming back to this service station only for convenience. I wish it was as good as the Jamaica station 🤦??? More

Realky, only Dodge Charger with full installed roof racks, not paste on. And racing stripes and pink and blue pin stripes my son wanted and DVD player. Couldn't ask for more. More

Bayside Chrysler is an excellent service center that does great work for their cars. The only thing they should be careful about is small issues such as pen marks, scratches and other slight damage on cars that are being serviced. But as for service managers like Joshua Mitchell, he is excellent! More

Worst Customer Experience (Unsafe environment) My experience at the Service department at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Bayside, Queens was the worst customer experience I think i have ever experienced. My experience at the Service department at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Bayside, Queens was the worst customer experience I think i have ever experienced. I brought my Jeep to this facility because I had two things to repair (a crack in my windshield and a hinge to repair on my gate). I'll start from the beginning. When I brought my car to the dealer, I waited in line to drop my car off. While waiting in my car, a service worker driving another vehicle, HIT MY CAR. he took a wide turn and rubbed bumpers. Then he literally DROVE AWAY. I walked into the office and brought it up and it was shrugged off and dismissed. There was just a scratch on my bumper so I moved on. Then the real fun began. I explained my needs and was informed that I would receive a phone call with estimated costs for parts etc in 4 hours. After 12 hours, I phoned the office. Nothing had been done. In fact, the team forgot what was needed for the car. I had to start over. Following day, I get a call stating that I would owe XX amount of money for the service. I asked questions and informed the representative that I knew that the parts and service would not cost XX as I had done research and called ahead for a quote. His immediate response was "if you don't choose to take the service, you will be charge $199 dollars for a diagnostic test". Is this real life? Not only was this clause never spoken of, he was basically telling me he would keep my car hostage. I won't go into any detail but I got my point across and I received the service needed at an exaggerated cost. Lastly, the more insane instance was when I went to pick up my car (as if it could get worse). I picked up my car and it seemed like a service employee might have left a tool in the trunk of my car. I walked down to the garage to give it to them and began to be threatened and verbally abused by a service member. If there is an employee or customer service member from this dealership reading this, you should really give me a call or email. You have a real problem happening at your dealership. More
