Five Hour Olil Change I am extremely disappointed in how this service call went. First, I tried to make an appointment online, but never received a response. So I then foll I am extremely disappointed in how this service call went. First, I tried to make an appointment online, but never received a response. So I then followed up via online chat. I was told (via chat) that someone would get back to me, but no one did. I then called to make an appointment. Finally, my appointment was set for 9AM. I arrived on time, and after 3 hours, I was called to the counter to be told that they lost the key to my Jeep. After 45 minutes, they finally found my key. In the end, I was signed out at 2PM. I expected to wait the normal 2 hours, but five hours for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment, is too much for me! More
Pretty good this time. This dealer is better than others. My car recall was done earlier than expected. An hour and a half instead of two hours. Waiting room had bagels left over this time. No hot chocolate in dispenser which an added benefit so I won't count that against them. The only other not-so-great thing was that after the service was done I was told to wait outside and it took a little over 15 minutes for my car to be brought to the pickup area. I would have preferred to wait inside getting some more work done. I know the recall is not the dealer's fault, but these things take time out of my schedule, so the less time I lose, the better. Thrown To The Dogs I have been coming here for over 8 years and am on my 3rd Jeep from here. On my last lease the finance officer Jason said he would put it in so I woul I have been coming here for over 8 years and am on my 3rd Jeep from here. On my last lease the finance officer Jason said he would put it in so I would have free oil changes as I have had on all my other vehicles. This is why I travel to the shop for an oil change. When I went in on this past Wednesday, I was told I need to pay for my oil change. I simply stated I needed to talk to Jason about it. The service man Jay told me Jason is no longer there. He told me my sales man was Juan. I said ok. He gave me the paper work for the car to be serviced as I went to the sales floor. I then found out Juan was no longer there. I wish I was contacted by someone to tell me I was to deal with someone else if I had issues. So I figured I would just pay for the oil change. After 2 hrs and 16 minutes My car was done. There was no fee so I thought Jay was being nice and didn't charge me. After getting in my vehicle I saw that there wasn't a new oil change sticker on my windshield. I went back into Jay and asked if I had an oil change he said no that I said I didn't want it and they only did the inspection. I stated that's not what I said and walked out. I do not need to waste 2-3 hrs any more and pay for the oil change when I can just go two blocks to a mobil station and have it done in 1/2 an hr. More

I like taking my car for oil changes during the week after wo Staff are very professional, courteous and provide updates on the status of the repairs. I like taking my car for oil changes during the week after work around 5-6pm, no appointments are needed just simply drive up and their attendant handles the rest. Plus they have extended late hours which is really convenient. Sometimes the counter associate would recommend repair but you’re never pressured or forced to have it done compared to other dealerships. The waiting area is kept very clean, there are two vending machines with a variety of snacks and a coffee/tea station. More
