Recall Made an appointment a few weeks before to bring vehicle in for a recall. I brought the vehicle in on the day and time I made the appointment for. Drop Made an appointment a few weeks before to bring vehicle in for a recall. I brought the vehicle in on the day and time I made the appointment for. Drop the vehicle off on street and waited briefly inside on line to be told it would take about 2.5 hours for car to be done, I decided to leave car and I did receive a call, as promise, at 9pm that vehicle was ready. I picked up the vehicle the next day and noticed it was parked on the street, and it was brought back with bird droppings on it. I have no problem if the vehicle has to be parked on the street, but give me a voucher at a local car wash to clean bird poop off. More

Best Service Manager Bob went above and beyond on solving my jeep problem. Went late friday afternoon without any appointment and told him the problem (engine overheating) Bob went above and beyond on solving my jeep problem. Like New I went in for a ticking in my 2015 Cherokees engine, not only is my engine now quiet and like new but they also found a problem with my transfer case I went in for a ticking in my 2015 Cherokees engine, not only is my engine now quiet and like new but they also found a problem with my transfer case and fixed it.
