Always looking out for the customer Jay and Brian helped me on 05/21/19 even though they were swamped Jay understood my situation and had my car serviced for oil change and New York Stat Jay and Brian helped me on 05/21/19 even though they were swamped Jay understood my situation and had my car serviced for oil change and New York State inspection I got the receipt from Brian I was almost home and noticed the inspection sticker wasn’t changed I drove back one of the guys that receives cars went in told Brian they immediately took the Jeep and did the work thank you for going above and beyond to fulfill my service needs More

Disappointed Was called by the dealership and told they had the part for my recall when I brought the car in I was on my way home they called me on my cell phone a Was called by the dealership and told they had the part for my recall when I brought the car in I was on my way home they called me on my cell phone and told me to come back that they made a mistake they did not have any airbags for my vehicle. A week later they called me and said they had the part my check engine light was on so Bay change the thermostat sensor. The car is under warranty they said they heard a noise coming from my transmission I told him to check it out since I have an extended warranty. Someone from the dealership called me and told me that the warranty company would not cover them 2 check out the transmission and I would have to pay 8 hours of Labor at $160 an hour. I called my warranty company to make a complaint for not covering the cost and they stated that they never got a call from dealership. When I called the dealership back they gave me the run-around then they told me the airbag wasn't complete yet and no one ever called me back. I really think they were trying to take advantage of me and wanted me to Fork over over $1,000. Not going to check anybody's name in the lower boxes because I'm not doing this to get anybody in trouble I'm doing this to state that I'm disappointed and I expected better. The service agent that helped me was very nice his name was Kevin and I don't hold him responsible at all. He was actually off the day all this nonsense took place More

False statements about wait time I was in for oil change on my car when I asked the person behind the counter told me 45 mins the car will be ready and then after an hour I asked agai I was in for oil change on my car when I asked the person behind the counter told me 45 mins the car will be ready and then after an hour I asked again is the car almost ready he explained the the shop was little backed up as they only have 2 mechanics working today but my car is on the lift and it should be ready in 20 minutes about 2 hours later I asked a different person I this was Scott about my car and he told me that my car is not even in the shop yet but it’s next I appreciated the honesty so about 3 hours later I finally got called in to pay for an oil change the issue was not the wait the issue was that if the person would have told me the exact wait time in the beginning I could have went home and came back to pick it up guys please don’t lie to your clients as that client might be running on a thin timeline More
