Initially, I went in for a regular oil change and it was brought to my attention that my water pump was bad. At this time, Sebastian and Jamaine was able to locate my extended warranty from 2 years ago and brought to my attention that my water pump was bad. At this time, Sebastian and Jamaine was able to locate my extended warranty from 2 years ago and call the warranty office for confirmation about the water pump replacement. Then Sebastian explained the water pump procedure to me and the duration of the service. I decided to stay at the dealership to wait for my Jeep. The entire time spent at the dealership was 8 hours, but I left with my heat working in my Jeep due to a new water pump. More
Bad service! Been coming here for years for oil changes and never had an issue until I had to have repair service done. Scheduling was a big problem because they are very much over booked so when my car had a fuel pump issue, the earliest available appointment was 10 days away! Once my car was in, it took an additional 7 days to be diagnosed. Once diagnosed it took 2 days to fix so it sat there for a total 9 days. What's the point of scheduling when the car can't even be seen for at least 3-7 days. Once I got it back, I had to return it 2 weeks later due to the same issue. I told them it was the fuel pump. They called back saying it was a battery issue and charged me 1k to change a $200 battery. After they changed the battery, they called again saying it was the fuel pump assembly. I am NOT happy they overcharged for a battery which DID NOT fix the issue. I specifically told them it was the fuel pump. I would know because when they towed my car, the guy tested the battery which passed and even tried boosting it which still did not start the car. In total, it took about a month total to get my car fixed. In all of these, I had to use taxi and borrow a car for a whole month. I also sent an email and left 3 messages to the manager but never got a response or call back. I suggest, they get more service advisors to fix scheduling if they plan on taking a lot of repairs. This can minimize wait times and cut down on errors if personnel are overwhelmed. More
Asked to check everything bumper to bumper. Not done ! About a week after getting my car back there Was a warning my tire pressure was low. All 4 tires had 26 psi or lower. Took to long to be without a car.. than it took a week to get the parts..I checked the power steering fluid recently and it was at minimum level. Not checked. My question is it leaking?Was told I needed pads and rotors.I had the brakes checked. Found out pads and rotors not needed. 3-4 K miles left on the pads if not more. I was lied to. Asked about A/C I was given double talk. The service over all stinks. The items I asked to be fixed were done. More
