The service department did the bare minimum to help resolve a radio Uconnect issue. I brought my Jeep Renegade in for a routine appointment and as usual was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they arranged for me a ride to work and the service was excellent and timely. and as usual was not disappointed. Could not repair passenger seat problem. Mechanics incapable of repairing. Had no idea when Jeep will be ready or any idea the time length to service.
