The service department did the bare minimum to help resolve a radio Uconnect issue. The first time I was trying to fix my car for six months and when I took it, it wasn’t fixed the right way .now for second time my car was in for 5 days for the same problem, and I how to take it back and when I took it, it wasn’t fixed the right way .now for second time my car was in for 5 days for the same problem, and I how to take it back again because it wasn’t fixed .. I am awaiting for the dealer to order the parts and they will call to take my car back again. and the dealer she has to decide when this existing problem and they keep the car for so long time to give to the customer, especially if it’s disabled like me Car to drive until my car is fixed . This is the third I buy from your store and because the last question is I see ask what’s important for me to buy a car from your store The most important thing for me to buy my next car is going to be a place that if something is wrong with my car, they gonna give me a car to drive and they fix my knew and expensive car.
