I went to this dealership because a friend leased her jeep there. My sales guy was new Mike Polanco. He was very nice, but found him to be not be organized. He is learning and I understand that, but Rob jeep there. My sales guy was new Mike Polanco. He was very nice, but found him to be not be organized. He is learning and I understand that, but Rob the sales manager and Josh on two separate occasions had to fill in to take care of what he did not. Rob was a man of his word and really was the one who got us to buy the car from them. Josh stepped up when we were picking up the car and helped to get us into the car in a more timely manner. Rob and Josh deserve 5 stars in my book. More

The rest of the staff also was very helpful I had to return to the dealership for side rales to be installed and to sign off and give in some paperwork and Elivs wasn't in so I was helped by another saleman Edwin Diaz who also helped me out getting all the paperwork over to my insurance company and made sure i was in and out and the side rails were installed.
