New car purchase Despite having appointment to pick new car we had to wait several hours to locate paperwork, salesman was out, finance person not in either. Staff was very hesitant to assist until John Hart "volunteered" to help us. I went outside several times and each time the receptionist welcomed me, not recognizing me. It was slow in the showroom at 1 pm, all sales people were talking about other customers. Who knows what they said behind our backs.We almost left to come back another time since we had to be home to pick our son at the bus stop. I have bought new cars before and felt I got better service at Macy's buying a shirt. Did not feel like my business was welcomed. More
