This was my first experience at Bayside and it was for a very expensive engine repair. It was diagnosed and repaired correctly and with a greatly appreciated military discount, under the repair quote ! T very expensive engine repair. She understood and explained the repairs needed. She was happy and gracious and kind.She provided an exact replica of my van as a loaner ( which was one sexy color, by the way) and she gave without question the best dealership experience I have ever had and that spans over 50 years!!! Taylor made this costly repair so much easier to face,just by being pleasant and extremely knowledgable in her position. Crystal,who was at the parts counter,was every bit as nice and helpful as Taylor was. She was just as happy and enjoyable. How fortunate your dealership is to have these two wonder people at the front lines of customer service.They certainly made this repair a lot easier to face and I thank them so much.
