The dealer I was working with, Michael was great. In my opinion he was fed bad information by his manager. I was called and offered a deal based on a minimal down payment and it was well within my bu In my opinion he was fed bad information by his manager. When I arrived to complete the purchase I was told something completely different in the finance office. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I maintained contact with my dealer and expressed the necessity of obtaining the deal described to me. Later the manager made a comment about missing out on another potential buyer. I am the customer, I do not care nor should I be made aware of any business you feel you missed out on. That is not my concern. If the deal was as described the sell would have been made and the truck would have been in my driveway today!! Great job Michael!! You need to work on you professionalism *unnamed manager*!! More

The service department is the worst I have ever seen! !!! I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work. Three weeks and counting, they have not even looked at it yet! Bought my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Bayside in February of 2022. Had my first service/oil change yesterday 2/09/2023 and the service department was awesome to work with.
