I took my Jeep Cherokee to Adams Jeep not too long ago. As you would expect with most dealerships, my service pricing was somewhat higher than local mom and pop auto shops. However, my Jeep is older and has quite a few miles on it, so I decided taking it to a Jeep dealer would be a safe bet. Their customer service is outrageously poor. I literally have never come into contact with such rude company employees. Their representatives not only treated me as if I know nothing about cars (which I hate to admit, is true!), but they were extremely hostile and blatantly treated me as though they were doing me the world's biggest favor by speaking with me and allowing me to give them money in exchange for car service. I was helped by two of their male employees during my visit and not one of them smiled. When I first arrived to an assigned customer station, it took the representative literally 7 minutes to look up from his booth and acknowledge that I was his next customer. If that weren't enough, the extra cell phone I [used] to keep in my glove compartment (for emergencies) was stolen, along with my car charger. They also stole the manual that goes with my car and car registration, which I kept in a leather folder provided to me when I first purchased my Jeep. I had just moved back to the Annapolis area after living in Washington state for a few years when I took my car to Adams Jeep. In the end, I determined that they must have assumed I would never be a potential repeat customer given my out-of-state plates and WA state registration card--and therefore decided it would be alright to steal from a customer. Good thing I had my car re-registered with Maryland a week later, or I could've been in big trouble if ever asked for my car registration. More

He did not treat me with respect and insulted my intelligence with his disrespect. He told me to call him when I asked if he could call me. He offered me a vehicle above MSRP and told me that they don't finance cars there. The show room was dirty and old. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. More
Dealership refused to service warrantied transmission on a new Jeep, purchased from them. The same parts had failed on previous occassions as well. I gave this dealer ever opportunity and they choose to tel a new Jeep, purchased from them. The same parts had failed on previous occassions as well. I gave this dealer ever opportunity and they choose to tell me to basically pound sand. Finally, I had to take the case to court. Very unsatisfied with the quality and ethical composition of this dealer. In today's competative marketplace, they must realize that service makes a difference. Please purchase your car elsewhere and avoid this dealer. More
I contacted Adams via email after trying three (or so) other dealerships, Tate called on the phone two days after I bought from Adams, Antwerpen never responded and I don't recall who the third dealer was other dealerships, Tate called on the phone two days after I bought from Adams, Antwerpen never responded and I don't recall who the third dealer was. Adams emailed me within an hour with a stock number, complete description via PDF (factory invoice) and of course a delivered price. I was amazed to also recieve a range of trade figures for my 300M based on my description (subject to visual verification) but alas I had information I could work with. I contacted Adams via Cars.com, by default they offer several dealers. For the life of me I can't imagine why the others even bother with the pretense of online service. I was suprised to find that Adams was a fairly small family run dealership, the process was highly sophisticated. I was treated well, the owner (Bobby Adams) thanked my wife and I personally for our business. I highly recomend Adams of Annapolis. More
