The used car manager and service department make a catastrophic mix. Do not buy a used car from this group. Please do not go to this service center. It is virtually impossible to get ahold of your service advisor (mine was Citlaly Motolinia). I even went in person a month after I hadn't gotten an It is virtually impossible to get ahold of your service advisor (mine was Citlaly Motolinia). I even went in person a month after I hadn't gotten an update on my vehicle but failed to obtain anything other than vague responses. My car sat in their lot for over 5 months without being touched. I was advised by the new service director to not look into my car's issue any further and that it would be a waste of more time and money. My car was written off as if there was nothing that could be done without me coughing up THOUSANDS of dollars. It turns out it there was much that could be done; they just didn't want any part of it. I was made aware that the previous service director, Scott Donaldson, falsified warranty documents; he later was fired. The new service director, Brandon Beane, and his staff have no empathy and work only for quick buck jobs. They could care less about working things out properly and for the benefit of the customer (which in return would benefit them - that's how you obtain loyal customers). This was my first and last time visiting this service department. Thank you for absolutely nothing. More

My wife found the truck we were looking for online. We live in Delaware. And we rode over to Annapolis to look at this truck. We got there a little late, but we’re interested.
