Purchased a 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser from Patrick Cole. He said the vehicle had been through his service department for inspection and service. When I got the vehicle the TPMS light was on and I was told t He said the vehicle had been through his service department for inspection and service. When I got the vehicle the TPMS light was on and I was told they had over inflated the tires and that’s why the light was on. I took the vehicle to Toyota and one of the tires was missing a tire sensor, $279. I was also informed that the vehicle had oil leaks coming from the timing cover and is leaking all over the engine. $2700 repair. So the vehicle didn’t go through service at all or it went through service and they decided to sell me a vehicle needing $3000 worth of repairs. Either way it’s a bad deal.also the vehicle has. A cracked windshield $550 so it’s $3550. I’ve called and texted Patrick for over 2 weeks and he wouldn’t reply or call me back after leaving numerous voicemails. To try and get my license plate I finally had to call accounting and they have been helpful. Patrick answered the phone, text and email when he wanted to sell me a vehicle and as soon as I paid the cash, he forgot about me and basically started dodging me. Patrick Cole cannot he trusted and it appears his service department can’t be trusted with. Very disappointed More
