I went in for an "emergency" buy, having just lost my car of 9 years. I had been turned down by other dealerships who either didn't want to give me financing or didn't want to talk to me because lost my car of 9 years. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by a friendly sales person, who understood exactly what position I was in. She listened to my story and immediately agreed to checking on financing first so we went in and I met another sales person (the manager I believe). He also listened to what I had to say and also understood. Nobody tried to talk me into anything and nobody made me feel like a second class citizen even though I did not come in with a lot of money. They were even understanding about how I felt about losing my favorite car! It was a totally pleasant experience for my whole family - they waited while my husband and son came up from home to help make a decision and didn't object in the least. I will definitely recommend them to others, and they will be my first stop next time I am in the market for a car - new or old, planned or not. More

The visit to the dealership was fantastic. We stopped by on 7/11/12 to begin the research process for our next new car purchase (anticipated to be in 4-6 weeks). We originally were looking at the RAV4 because of mileage. My husband is a very broad shouldered person and I was concerned about the comfort of the two of us in the front seat of the RAV4. The shoulder space was actually very good, but the knee space was a problem for him. Because of this, we decided to look at the Venza. We test drove a Venza that night but did not have time to test drive the LE FWD version. We came back the next morning and met with Kory again. He had the LE all ready to go. We test drove it and then talked with the sales manager about the price, because my husband works for a company that is a Toyota Preferred Partner. The sales manager was very good at his job. Because of the 0% financing and the $1000 cash back, we decided to go ahead and make the purchase today. We would definitely recommend this dealership and make every effort to use local businesses! It doesn't hurt that we use the service center here to service our 1997 Toyota Tacoma and our 2004 Camry (with 225k on it). More

Price, I marked as good. How does one really know for sure when dealing with a car dealership that anything you purchase is a great price? The only recommendation I would make: After the purchase we received 3 different letters in the mail, i.e. manager, car sales person, and service department. My suggestion is to include a business card in the letters. I will keep a business cards, but not the letters. Just a thought. The title is in the name of Charles Edwards, because he took the loan out. We were told my name could not go on the title without being on the loan. I did not want to be on the loan. However, the car is totally for me, Linda Violante. I am the person to contact and will be the person that drives the vehicle and the person answering the survey. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle on June 22. The car was returned to the service department on June 28 for the installation of a remote start. Also, it was at this time I informed the service department that the on-star system reported an emissions problem and the fact that all the tires were low especially the left front tire. No one called me on June 28 or 29th to inform me as to the status of my vehicle. When I called late afternoon on June 28 I was told that they had gotten busy and did not get to my vehicle. Again, no one called me on June 29. I called the service department and spoke to Taby Hower who was uncertain as to the status of my vehicle but stated that she would call me on June 30 when the vehicle was ready. She did not call me on June 30th. I stopped by on June 30th and the car happened to be ready. I advised my salesperson Luisa Trembley about my problems with the service department and she assured me that Ms. Hower would be on it and be responsive. On July 2 the check engine light came on and the remote start would not work. When I looked under the hood I noticed that the windshield wiper fluid tank was empty and there was no anti-freeze in the overflow tank. I took the vehicle in once again and the service manager Taby Hower promised she would call me on Thursday, July 5 to lt me know the status of the vehicle. She did not call. I am so frustrated with the non-responsiveness of the service department and have no confidence in them nor the vehicle. More

I must say several years I dealt with Bayside Chevrolet and was dissatisfied with their service. So much that I didn't want to go back. My family experienced the same. I was reluctant to go to them agai and was dissatisfied with their service. So much that I didn't want to go back. My family experienced the same. I was reluctant to go to them again this time, however, things have completely changed. I totaled my vehicle on June 8th, when a woman struck me from behind. It was time sensitive to get another vehicle and because I work in DC and a single mother, I did not have alot of time to sit in a dealership. Jim Denison and Harry worked everything out over the phone and when I got there at 5:15 pm, Joe Loyd and Jim Denison took care of me from that point and had everything ready for me, from the paperwork to the car. At financing I was straight and to the point and so was Jeff Barley. Hard to believe I was out the door at 6:30pm. I couldnt ask for me. Thank you Bayside! Keep up the great job! Tammy Parker More
