The bad jeep. I now know why they do not let test drive their vehicles (or maybe it was just me) I purchased a 2020 jeep wrangler with 2892 miles at Bayshore a I now know why they do not let test drive their vehicles (or maybe it was just me) I purchased a 2020 jeep wrangler with 2892 miles at Bayshore automotive with a check for 10.000 dollars and my trade in and let them finance the loan this is what happed. I took jeep to jeep to a jeep dealer to have something fixed, and the said there was no warrantee on this jeep, because it was a Canadian vehicle -I was told it had a factory warranty -no it did not have one. I then had to buy an extended warrantee on my own ($3999.00). David did give me a rebate of (1000.00) for the warranty -let’s not discussed the cost of the vehicle itself that I paid for a non-warranty new vehicle that started to rust complete on the underneath of the jeep, and then after finding that after six months of ownership. I then noticed on the front of both doors in both corners there was bubbling up of rust under the paint. Long story short be ware of BAYSHORE AUTOMOTIVE PLANT CITY FLORIDA, they cost me thousand of dollars and I got lucky to be able to trade in the rusty lemon of a vehicle. More

I recently purchased a 2022 customized Ford Bronco from Bayshore Automotive and the entire process was no fuss no muss. David R @ Bayshore never once made me feel as if my requests were a burdensome and he navel made a promise he could not keep. I was able to give David my vision and he told it from there. It was as if I was working with a close friend and I never personally met David prior. My wife is in the market for a new vehicle and I plan to call David to help with that purchase. I also plan to send David a number of referrals that have been eyeballing my new ride and asking me lots of questions. Not a good experience. We purchased a Ford F150 from this dealership with a lift and new wheels. We were confident with the reviews that this was a trustworthy dealersh We purchased a Ford F150 from this dealership with a lift and new wheels. We were confident with the reviews that this was a trustworthy dealership. We had our truck less than 3 weeks and experienced excessive brake noise. Upon inspection, the entire pads on all 4 wheels needed to be replaced, there was rust and corrosion on all 4 calibers and needed replacement as well. We were sold an unsafe vehicle by this dealer, the truck had no brakes. Their website states the "service department safety checks every car" so I am not sure what happened that this was missed since the dealership had the wheels off to put on new tires and rims. We called and spoke to David, the general manager, and advised him it would be over $2200 to repair. He only offered us $800 towards the cost of the repairs and we were without a vehicle while it was in for service. We were surprised that the dealership didn't stand behind their reputation and are now out an additional $1200 after buying a vehicle from them. More
