Overall satisfied . They were off on the mileage by 1,000+ miles. A few things I wish they would have been a little more informative on (taxes, ect.) We are happy with vehicle just felt pressured to buy that day without option to talk it over amongst ourselves . I took my truck in for recall fixes and AC fix. They called and said they had to charge $480 to fill the AC unit to diagnosed the problem. I said thats fine but I know its just going to drain out They called and said they had to charge $480 to fill the AC unit to diagnosed the problem. I said thats fine but I know its just going to drain out. I authorized them to do that. In less than an hour or so they called back and said It needed an nearly the entire AC system including a condenser (which had just been replaced but I didn't tell them that). I feel as though I was pushed off and quoted $4800 to fix it just to get me out of their shop. I apprecaite them only charging me $187 instead of the full $480 (which is ridiculous in the first place). I absolutely loved this dealership and drove by two other dodge dealerships just to get to this one. However, afer this experience I'll bee purchasing my vehicles else where. More
