Pricing wasn’t explained upfront. Obvious price gouging!!! Was charged $104.95 for $30 worth of atf+4. Lying to justify theft. Stealing is stealing and if I did this I would go to jail. Theft by deception is also a crime that involves jail. More

When I made my appointment, I specifically asked about charges to ensure I would not be blindsided. At no point was I told I would have $150 to pay for diagnostic charges. I am also upset to learn that the warranty I purchased to cover items not in the extended warranty does not include seatbelt issues. I am still confused on how my auto stop being disabled is due to a seatbelt connector issue. The connector issue did not start until weeks after the auto stop issue. More
