Excellent and friendly service I brought in my 2013 Subaru Forester for its regular servicing. I also requested new windshield wipers due to their streaking. When the car was ready, the service representative said that the wipers were still under the warranty and there would be no charge for them. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the people I dealt with because they were all great. All were courteous, friendly and efficient. I went in for an oil change and state inspection and I was out dealt with because they were all great. All were courteous, friendly and efficient. I went in for an oil change and state inspection and I was out in about an hour. At my last dealer (not a Subaru dealer) it would have taken about 6 hours. Amazing! Go Bay Ridge Subaru! I've been a loyal customer of Bay Ridge Subaru for over 10 years and they never disappoint. Even after moving to Queens, I still drive into Brooklyn to bring my car here. I brought my 2013 Subaru Outb over 10 years and they never disappoint. Even after moving to Queens, I still drive into Brooklyn to bring my car here. I brought my 2013 Subaru Outback to get it's scheduled service on Friday 8/2/13. The service took about an hour and a half but the wi-fi, free coffee, free newspapers and television made the time fly. Bay Ridge Subaru is trustworthy, friendly and efficient. More
So far I've found Bay Ridge Subaru's service department to be pretty surly and unhelpful. I used them for a pair of simple recalls (I mean extremely simple, one was "check glue on the sunroof") department to be pretty surly and unhelpful. I used them for a pair of simple recalls (I mean extremely simple, one was "check glue on the sunroof") and they acted like I was putting them out - even though I had an appointment they ended up keeping the car for an entire work day, for what couldn't have been more than 15 minutes of labor. This week I needed an appointment to address some warning lights, and was told that the next available slot was ten days away! Happily, I found Koeppel Subaru in Long Island City who could take me much sooner, turned around the car quickly, and were nice about it. More
