Wait and see outcome. I love my Subaru and happy that I have bought it but I have had service with Nissan, Toyota and there were incentives to going back to their dealership. Bay ridge dealership provide a free car wash interior and exterior. To get a courtesy car here, there is a charge. When you have a valued automobile, service is sometimes substandard service??. If I had to recommend someone to this dealership under one circumstance - make sure you deal with Michael. Otherwise average service. Blah blah blah. More

Great service and help from Pamela Morgan Our 2009 Tribeca needed the airbag deployment mechanism replaced due to a recall, but we also had a great deal of service to be done at the same time. Our 2009 Tribeca needed the airbag deployment mechanism replaced due to a recall, but we also had a great deal of service to be done at the same time. Pamela was an expert, her estimates for the work that was needed were right on target, and she made every effort to eliminate any inconvenience on our part during the repairs. After calling the Bay Ridge Subaru service department, I was told to bring the ca The exhaust system on my 2002 Forester needed immediate replacement. After calling the Bay Ridge Subaru service department, I was told to bring the car in immediately for evaluation. Service advisor Pamela Morgan guided me through the repairs that needed to be done. She was informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Parts needed to be ordered because of the age of the car but the system replacement was done perfectly in two days. I attribute the longevity of the car to the excellent service that I have received at Bay Ridge Subaru over the years. More
