Still the Best I have owned Subarus since 2000 and I have used this service center almost exclusively since 2007. The work is the highest quality and the staff are I have owned Subarus since 2000 and I have used this service center almost exclusively since 2007. The work is the highest quality and the staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The only negative is the current rehabilitation of the area which seems ongoing, it is not the most comfortable arrangement for both the staff and customers, so I choose to go shopping in the neighborhood rather than wait. Servicing my 2019 Subaru Forester. had an appointment set up for my 1 year service and as soon as we pulled in the service man came over and addressed us by name. Explanation of what service was to be performed and price was excellent. A small part had to be ordered for the exterior of the car which once received would need painting to match the car color. This took 3 business days and a message was sent to me that it was ready to be picked up. It took only a few minutes for them to get the part and snap it in before we were on our way home. By the way a few weeks ago I had trouble changing the clock back the 1 hour. Called Joe Teti and he said, drop by at my convenience at which time he got into my car changed the setting and spent time going thru the many steps as I wrote them down, More
