Efficient Service I brought my 2016 Forester in for routine maintenance. The service center took my car in immediately and I explained why I was there. I agreed to a comprehensive inspection and service package and left the car for the day. The car was ready in about four hours which I thought was good turn around since they are a busy operation. All the personnel at Bay Ridge Subaru are very friendly and helpful and I will continue to have my car serviced there in the future. I also like the on-line appointment system which is very convenient. More

Required oil change I was treated with outstanding aplomb. I got the car back in 45 minutes all washed and cleaned. The service center is under re-construction for ~ 1 year Because of re-construction it is over crowded. The car had problem with battery (needed to be booted 2 days in the rows), so I asked to check/change Because of re-construction it is over crowded. The 8:30 appointment took 3 hrs. to finish with most important problem not taken care:: I asked to apply a programming change according to service bulletin , which was not done. More

Odd place The gentlemen who ultimately helped me was very polite and informative and great but to get to him I had to get through three other employees who seem The gentlemen who ultimately helped me was very polite and informative and great but to get to him I had to get through three other employees who seemed half-asleep and angry and confused that I was there. Initially thought I was at the wrong location based on how I was received. Two separate employees told me that I couldnāt have my tires rotated in express even though it clearly says I could on website and when I called ahead (the helpful gentleman who ultimately took care of me confirmed that they would rotate them if needed) Very weird, very surreal. Very unclear on where I should go. Certainly did not feel welcome. Waiting area was poor. No coffee as advertised, only one outlet to charge phone that I had to wait to use. More
