Great, efficient service Danny Reyes was great. He was attentive, thorough, and my car was ready in the timeframe he mentioned. He pointed out that a back windshield wiper wa Danny Reyes was great. Pamela, the Ser My 2014 Subaru Outback was recalled to replace a defective air bag inflator. I took the car to Bay Ridge Subaru to have the work done. Pamela, the Service Adviser, was very helpful and had no problem when I asked her to add on a NY State Inspection and an oil change. It saved me from having to make another trip to the dealer. The work was done on time at a reasonable price. Of course, there was no charge for the air bag inflator work. I have taken my Subaru to Bay Ridge Subaru many times and have always had a positive experience. Highly recommended. More

Scheduling the appointment was easy and I was able to make changes to the appointment on line. The service was professional and went smoothly. There was a clean, pleasant area to wait in, with water and coffee. The work was done in less time then estimated. I was warned by my mechanic that I might get pressured into doing other services on the car but that did not happen. They fixed the recall problem, and there was no charge. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely go to them when I am ready for a new Subaru. More
