When I arrived, they originally asked that I leave it. I explained that I needed to wait. They said it would be 2 hours minimum. Again, I explained I called and they said a hour. An 1 hour 45 minutes later, my car was ready. Don’t lie to me. I would have made the appointment for another day if I had known it would have been that long. More
